Living Safely With Your Fume Cupboard Training

A fume cupboard can be an effective means of preventing people becoming exposed to hazardous substances, but only if people use them in the correct manner.

This training event heightens people's awareness of the limitations that fume cupboards have, explains the key safe design features, and enforces the fact that the fume cupboard should only be regarded as a secondary control measure.

Mis-use of a fume cupboard or lack of understanding about their function could result in your staff becoming exposed to hazardous fumes, which could lead to occupational disease or ill health.

Staff who have previously used fume cupboards for 20 years, have left this event having learnt something !

Duration : Half-day

Based on a minimum of 6 delegates and 14 delegates per event
