Manual Handling Assessor Training

Although this is not a CIEH certificated training course it is never the less essential that selected members of your staff are able to carryout a suitable and sufficient assessment of manual handling activities. This training is designed to give a full understanding of the principles of manual handling assessments and to provide the necessary knowledge to enable assessments to be carried out with confidence.

All manual handling operations should be assessed by a competent person. This training will help ensure:

• Compliance with the Manual Handling regulations
• Individuals are competent to carry out manual handling assessments in-house

PLEASE NOTE Delegates must have attended a Manual Handling training event before enrolling on this course

Duration : Half-day

Based on the minimum of 8 delegates and a maximum of 12 delegates
