Through Distrupol, our plastics distribution business, we began working with SHE Group in 2002 to provide behavioural safety training to our 70 Distrupol people. We found their approach to behavioural safety as a lifestyle choice rather than just something work related as ideal for our needs. The "Deal with It" was enjoyed by everyone "the best safety training course I have been on" was a common comment. We needed people to talk and think about safety, "Deal with it" certainly got this underway and has contributed to a reduction of accidents in the workplace. The success of "Deal with It®" is not only the product itself but also to the excellent team of trainers and support staff.
