SHE Group are consultants that specialise in supporting small businesses who cannot afford to employ a dedicated manager to look after their safety, health and/or environment issues.

In our experience small firms often do not fully comply with Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) legislation. In general they know this, and would like to comply but are concerned that it is too complicated and don't want to make their lives more difficult than they already are.

Furthermore, they don't like 'advisors' or 'consultants' telling them what they already know, then charging them for the privilege, and are irritated by those who sell by fear by claiming jail or massive fines for non-compliance.

SHE Group is different in that we help you manage the introduction of a safety management system. In the beginning we get involved by doing the work for you. Then over time by coaching staff how to do it themselves we adopt an advisory role. Once clients understand the process they often request further improvements because they find customers and regulators have more confidence, which leads to winning more contracts, bigger profits, less accidents and even lower insurance premiums.
